1. Acceptance of Terms

Users are solely responsible for the confidentiality of their password and all activity carried out through their account. Bara22 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before users can make withdrawals or access certain features. Bara22 reserves the right to decline transaction requests if a user's identity cannot be verified or does not match the account records.

4. Payment and IDR Transaction Information

All transactions on the bara22 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the amount sent matches the deposit instructions provided by the system. Any discrepancy in the amount may cause delays or failures in transaction processing.

6. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure

Bara22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account if a violation of these Terms & Conditions is proven, including the use of false identities, system manipulation, account duplication, or activities that harm the platform or other users.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through official support channels. Before account closure is processed, all active balances must be settled in accordance with the applicable withdrawal procedure. Balances not withdrawn within a specified period following a closure notice will be handled in accordance with bara22's operational policy in effect at that time.

In the event of suspected fraudulent activity or serious violations, bara22 reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account while conducting an internal investigation. Users will be notified through their registered contact details if this occurs.

7. Intellectual Property Rights, Third-Party Links, and Governing Law

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and visual elements on the bara22 platform are the exclusive property of bara22 or parties that have granted us a license. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using these assets for commercial purposes without written permission from bara22.
